Friends of Brookside Meadow and adventure play
Brookside Meadow is our newest village wildflower meadow, wildlife haven and woodland adventure play area. Friends of Brookside Meadow is a group of people who have an interest in developing Brookside as a biodiverse meadow and wild play area. We meet occasionally for hands-on maintenance, and via email or WhatsApp for sharing ideas.

More volunteers always welcome, we run all sorts of projects, tree planting, bramble cutting, willow den building, bat identification, butterfly counts, wildflower counts, meadow mowing, hay raking. We have a couple of larger projects that could use help in securing funding.
