Being public access, the defibrillators require no prior training, but a mobile phone is necessary.
Simply follow the instructions on the cabinet.
Despite some people’s fears, you can not hurt someone with the defibrillator (it will not deliver a shock unless there is no pulse), but if their heart has stopped you may save their life.
