Steve Maitland is the UK’s longest running performing tribute act to Michael Buble. Incredibly now in his 11th YEAR.

Nicola has Lipoedema, lymphedema, and most recently has been diagnosed with Graves’ disease.
Lipoedema is a long term chronic condition that causes an abnormal build-up of fat cells in the legs and arms. These abnormal fat cells are completely unaffected by normal diet and exercise.
The condition is hereditary and starts at puberty and worsens over time, getting worse with triggers such as pregnancy and menopause. There is no way to stop it! The only way to rid the body of this horrible disease is to undergo surgery, which the NHS will not fund!
Those surgeries are very expensive and have to be done in the private medical sector. Nicola will need a total of 4 surgeries on her legs with the total cost being over £20,000.

All proceeds from this night will go to Nicolas Gofundme Fundraiser. Read more about her journey here https://www.gofundme.com/nicola-yates

The X3A BUS will be allowed access through the works on Friday night, tomorrow. Consequently, the shuttle bus will not be required and the bus will be able to operate its normal route.

The closure will then recommence on Monday evening where the bus will not have access and will run its diversion, stopping at the services.

It has been advised that the works are on target for completion on Wednesday, where normal service can resume.

A369 CLOSURE – Monday 2nd December until Friday 6th December

A369 will be closed from Monday 2nd December until Friday 6th December between 8pm and 6am each day for resurfacing work from Sandy Lane to Rectory Road. Access to village will be via A369 from J19 and St Georges Hill.

Only residents accessing their homes along the closure stretch will be allowed through and these may well be under escort and there may be delays.

No X3A buses will run through Pill or Abbots Leigh during the closure period. Instead buses will transit via A4 Portway and will stop at Gordano Services at the bus/coach stop adjacent to the services building. On Friday 6th December there will be shuttle bus through village to meet X3A at the services stop to facilitate those who wish to go into city centre.

If the work is not completed by 6th December then it will continue from Monday 9th December onwards.
